Protection of individuals with regard to data processing

On 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data came into force. In this context, the CNUE is emerging as a platform for exchange between its members with regard to compliance at the level of notarial chambers and notarial offices which, on a daily basis, are required to collect and possibly communicate personal data to third parties in the performance of their work.
